Fun & Fruity

DeeBee’s Organics first began in 2013 by PHD medical scientist Dionne Laslo-Baker. With the mission of creating a fun and healthy snack for all kids and even adults. 

A lot of growth has happened since then and in 2023 DeeBee’s Organics revealed a brand new look for their products and entire brand identity. Embracing vibrant colours and a full rainbow of fruits and vegetables in their brand identity. 

With the provided art direction of Michelle (DeeBee’s Organics) we were able create a Shotlist and plan out how we were going to capture the vibrant new look of the brand.

Photographing fresh fruit and frozen products in a studio proved to be a big creative challenge. In order to make sure the freezies looked ‘frozen’ we had many versions ready to go in a nearby freezer for quick swaps. We also wanted a level of frost on the packaging so it looked like it was frozen but not so much that it blocked any important information on the packaging. 

With such intricate work we found it was the perfect opportunity to bring in our food stylist Bri Beaudoin. Bri was essential in this shoot as she provided a lot of ’industry secrets’ to make the frozen products just the right amount of frosty and maintaining the perfect shape.
